Your gateway to the Pacific Northwest
Seattle, nestled between Lake Washington and the Puget Sound, boasts a picturesque landscape. At an elevation of approximately 450 feet above sea level, the city is surrounded by two majestic mountain ranges: the Cascades and the Olympics. Serving as a major port of entry in the Pacific Northwest, Seattle offers a harmonious blend of natural beauty and urban sophistication. Its skyline is adorned with towering skyscrapers that provide breathtaking views of the surrounding waterways and lush green parks.
Cherry blossoms at UW's Quad; vibrant parks bloom across the city.
Enjoy 15+ hours of daylight and mild temps. Paddleboard/kayak Lake Union, visit rooftop bars, or bike Alki Beach.
Golden foliage at Washington Park Arboretum or Volunteer Park. End of October is the peak color.
💡 Pack a rain jacket, not an umbrella (locals rarely use them).
It's gray and drizzly—but less crowded and still beautiful. Cozy into cafés or snowshoe in the nearby Cascades.
