How to Use the Smart Lock:
- Wake the Keypad: Tap the Yale logo or screen to light up the keypad

- Door Unlocks: If it's the right code, the lock will beep and unlock
Note: This smart door lock does not lock automatically. When exiting, simply pressing the Yale logo locks the door.
Check-out Instructions:
- No need to re-make the bed
- Leave used towels on bathroom floor
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Double check all your belongings are packed
- Turn off all lights, TV, appliances, and AC units
- Close & Lock Rooftop and backyard doors
- Front Door: Simply pressing the Yale logo locks the door
🚗 Your Dedicated Parking Spot
Follow these steps to find your free parking spot, marked '1105E':
- Head to 1105 14th Ave
- Drive south on 14th Ave towards E Spring St
- Turn into the alley right after you pass the corner of 14th & E Spring
- Keep going down the alley till you spot a tall, skinny tree on your right
- Your spot is the third one before that tree and has "1105E" marked on the ground
Additional Parking Info:
Street Parking: Free & available right outside the property. However, parking is restricted to 2 HOURS from 7 AM to 6 PM, MONDAY through SATURDAY.
⚠️ Secure Belongings: Never leave valuables visible in your car to deter break-ins. Always check parking signs carefully to avoid fines or towing.
🔌 EV Charging:
While our dedicated parking space does not include an EV charger, you'll find seamless access just one short block away. This nearby station features two Level 2 fast chargers with J-1772 connectors, delivering up to 9.6kW for efficient top-ups.

From the Airport: Taxis are stationed on the 3rd floor of the parking garage located on the north and south curb.
To the Airport: We recommend ordering a Yellow Cab via the Yellow Cab App (iOS | Android) instead of paying a pricey Uber price. Our Airbnb location is inside the flat rate $45 service area for taxi cabs.
💡 Pro Tip: Save money by booking Yellow Cab ($45 flat rate) vs. Uber/Lyft which can cost $60-80+ during peak times.

🚭 No Smoking Inside
Smoking is permitted only in the backyard patio. A $500 violation fee will apply for indoor smoking. Use the terracotta clay planter as an ashtray.

No parties or unauthorized guests. We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful to our neighbors.

❄️ Heating & Cooling
The property is equipped with mini-split systems for heating and cooling. Optimal functionality requires all units to operate in the same mode (either heating or cooling).

📹 Security
The exterior of the property is under surveillance via a Ring camera system that records video and audio upon motion detection. The system monitors the front door and backyard entrance. No interior surveillance devices are installed.
📺 Entertainment
The Roku TV is integrated with a Sony HT-S100F Soundbar. The soundbar is configured to automatically power on with the television, and all audio is routed through the soundbar.
Bluetooth Pairing: Press "BLUETOOTH" button on soundbar for 5 seconds, then search for "HT-S100F" on your device. Passcode: "0000"
📬 No Mailbox Access
We do not offer USPS mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages.
